What exactly does your buyer's agent service consist of?
We exclusively represent the buyer throughout the entire process: from defining the project, searching and viewing, to negotiation, closing and renovation if needed. You define the goal and maximum price, and we deliver the home of your dreams, turnkey and hassle-free.
Do you have access to off-market properties?
Yes. A significant share of the best deals happen off-market. Thanks to our network of contacts and reputation in the sector, we access properties that are never openly listed.
What savings can I expect?
As an example, the estimated average saving on a €2 million budget would be €275,000. This comes from our access to genuinely good opportunities, our negotiating strength with sellers and better renovation costs, since we have our own architecture studio. What happens if we don't find the right home after a while?
