A website without tracking cookies

At lumier.es we take your privacy seriously. This website does not use advertising, behavioural analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you don't need to accept any cookie banner to browse.

What do we store in your browser?

We only use the browser's local storage (localStorage) for one strictly functional purpose: remembering your language preference (Spanish or English) so we don't show you the language suggestion again. This data does not identify you, is not shared with anyone and remains on your device until you clear your browsing data.

Embedded third-party services

Some pages embed third-party content that may set its own cookies when you interact with it:

Google Maps (location maps for properties and our office), YouTube (the buyer's agent service video, loaded in enhanced privacy mode via youtube-nocookie.com, which sets no cookies unless you play the video) and Calendly (only if you choose to book a video call through its external link).

You can consult these providers' privacy policies on their respective websites. If you do not interact with these elements, they do not set tracking cookies.

How to manage or delete storage

You can clear local storage and cookies from your browser settings (for example, in Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data). You can also browse in private mode if you prefer that no data be kept.
